Roach Killa & Blitz
Born in a small city called Sebha in Libya, the heart of the Sahara desert. At the age of 10, his family were forced to migrate to Canada due to the country's educational limits. At the age of 12, Roach was introduced to the life of urban music and from the first sounds of reggae, he fell in love with the culture which inspired him to master and become a reggae artist.
Roach Killa's Debut Album "The Revolution" released in September 09 by MovieBox UK peaked at No.6 on the ITUNES World Charts.
His 1st Single Yaara Dildara feat Shahid Ali Khan reached No.1 on the BBC ASIAN NETWORK Charts. The video is currently on heavy rotation on all the major Global Channels B4U, SONY Ent Television, Zee TV, Brit Asia UK
Roach killa's been touring Europe, Asia and Middleast promoting his music and has created a massive fanbase around the world. His songs have been playlisted on all the commercial radio stations across Europe.
His song "Talkin" was released by EMI/Virgin UK on the Dancehall Selecta CD alongside other artists such as Sean Paul, Beenie Man, Elephant Man etc . Roach Killa's song "BOMP" produced and recorded in Milan, Italy by Ariticolo 31 was released by Sony/BMG and hit no. 15 on the Italian Dance Charts.
He recently collaborated with Spragga Benz, an international Reggae Superstar from Jamaica, Apache Indian, a muliti platinum selling artist from the UK .Roach has mastered the skill of being a Reggae artist along with a twist of hip-hop, which makes a very talented but yet very dangerous artist with the ability to torment instrumentals. Roach Killa is not only this centurie's element of surprise, the element of music, but most of all, the element of originality.
